Dear Paula and 'Wiches Staff

Thank you for making my father's 94th birthday party a fantastic event! You knocked everyone out with the spectacular ice creams and your warmth and excitement throughout the event.  The 'Wiches of Boston ice creams were the crowning event at the party and you've made me and my family heroes to the residents and staff of dad's retirement home! The Longwood Cricket Club anniversary Gala was in the heat of the summer so ice cream seemed like the perfect option. 'Wiches of Boston's ice-cream sandwiches were delicious and Paula Waxman and her staff are top notch! Very professional and the service and product were a 10! The petite chocolate chip sandwiches with espresso ice cream were my favorite but many guests raved about the lemon sorbet in these buttery tart shells and the Girl Scout Thin Mint vanilla in mini chocolate whoopie pies. The texture of the product is so smooth and creamy since they freeze so fast! Its truly magic."
